Working out. . .many things.

I've been working out since I ended my job on 9/1. I've lost a grand total of 3 pounds, though that seems to fluctuate according to my eating habits. I currently weigh 153 lbs, way more than my pre-pregnancy weight of 129. I've been a mother over a year! I read somewhere that 1 in 5 breastfeeding women have difficulty losing weight. This could be me. Or it could be all that stress. There is still some residual stress as my income is non-existant but it is still less stress than had I kept my job-if that makes any sense.

My daughter had her first birthday. What a special day. My God, do I love her.
