an attempt at being good-natured

IN THE TEMPLE OF THE SKY

there are two trees, certain, in you
they reach a pinnacle in my purview
leafless and ancient
lifted and high
shivered up
in the temple of the sky

reaching after, remove
shuffle danger, planted in disguise
reeling so ball and chainly, remainly
only ever after settled plainly
ruffled and down
belly up
in the temple of the sky

there are calmer wanderers
calmer waters but stagnant in chain
a long line to the grey, shall I remain
ruptured and grazing
mirrored and still
knee high
in the temple of the sky

there are green buds breaking
beasting ever, kissing why
ever so leafy laughter, decide
head arranging
people sigh
chin up
in the temple of the sky

been a long time coming
going as they say, to the birds
to the bard of worthy words, worth more
with every pass endured rightly
go lightly
sing mightly
sure song
in the temple of the sky

has she ever sang softly
not awfully, lest a beat end costly
tell a good man of me, reasonably shy
take the good one
leave for nothing
gull, fly
in the temple of the sky
