the last VI months

i though it a good time to enter (finally) a new entry into my so called journal that never gets updated... so let's see here.. last i posted was.. uh.. holy crap.. jan. 26.. ok.. well a lot's happened since then, and i'll do my best to condense to capable reading sizes.. especially if the foot impaired reads this.. you know who you are.. :p anyway.. once i got back into the groove of being at work and not having any hope of going back to new york anytime soon, i started working my ass off towards assistant manager training at EB.. which was going great.. for about a week in Feb, just after Valentine's Day I went down to see Cass, which was.. amazing, to say the least.. another month passed and she came up to Toronto for a week over spring break, which was even better.. she came to work with me and that was fun.. throwing game boxes at John, and then the next day advertising microsoft.. ;) the last night she was sad.. couldn't/didn't want to get on the bus.. had burger king.. with no Dr. Pepper.. what the fuck is up with that? april flew by, and i transferred stores downtown to become assistant manager.. which never happened.. try and try to get me promoted, not happening anytime soon.. sigh.. May rolled around and i decided that i wanted to be in NY for Cass's cousin's bday.. it was cute.. i got to play with those magnetic drawing pad things.. :D and just before i get back.. my manager over msn, tells me he's quitting... sigh 2... i'm losing touch with reality.. this means two things, one i lose all hope in getting a promotion, and i've been left in the cold, look for a new job he says.. when i came back.. i worked three 12 hour straight shifts.. not fun let me tell you.. especially when it involves an 11 hour bus ride, getting off the bus, going home, jumping in the shower, and then going to work... it's confirmed that he's quitting, and i'm in search of a new job.. not easy.. i work my ass off trying to keep the store functioning, becuz the actual ASM is inept and refuses to do anything.. sigh 3... i cannot wait for July to happen.. i go for my longest trip yet, and spend it all with Cass, on the jersey shore.. :) i need a vacation desperatly.. and it will be good to spend it with the one person i love more than anything... so.. that's it.. i'm done.. for another 6 months..
