I'm not involved in this project myself, but found it interesting. All text below is from the project website. Deadline: March 9, 2012.

Call for art: After Dinner Party is seeking artists working in all media and disciplines to join us in a public celebration of the newly rediscovered shape of the clitoris. If you're interested in participating, please visit the website for full details: http://afterdinnerparty.com
"The tale of the clitoris is a parable of culture, how the body is forged into a shape valuable to civilization despite and not because of itself."
Thomas Laqueur

Create an artwork that in some way refers to the shape of a clitoris. This does not necessarily mean create a representational piece of visual art, it is open to interpretation. For reference, there are pictures and videos of the clitoris on the clitoris page, as well as a set of downloadable drawings in scalable EPS format.
Or
Create an artwork inspired by the story of the clitoris and its recent rediscovery.
There are no size or medium restrictions. For example, if you're a writer your work may be a poem or short story you present at the exhibit.
The exhibit is intended to be an interactive conversation and celebration.

A Two-pronged, Art-centered Educational Project
At present, After Dinner Party consists of two kinds of activities: a curated art exhibit and celebration; and a loosely coordinated series of individual and/or mass public actions. The form and scope of the second portion is entirely dependent upon the energy and creativity of participants. The goal is to represent the shape of the clitoris, in as many art forms and in as many venues or public spaces as possible, all over the city of Seattle.

Part 1: Exhibit and Party
The exhibit will feature art works in all media that either represent the shape of the clitoris or are expressions or commentaries on how this new knowledge has affected the artist. For full criteria, please see the Call for Art. After the exhibit reception, participants and visitors are invited to a celebration featuring a theme related interactive performance, drinks and Hors d'oeuvre. A portion of sales and donated proceeds from the evening will benefit the fund for the Conductive Garboil Grant.
Part 2: What is that? Coordinated Public Actions

Or, it's Okay, it's not dirty yet!
The goal of this portion of the project is to proliferate representations of the whole organ shape into as many public spaces as possible, beginning on May 3, 2012.
Participants are encouraged to brainstorm about and engage in activities they will find fun and rewarding. Some ideas for getting the shape into public awareness include:
  • Make clitoris buttons and hand them out
  • Wear a clitoris emblazoned on your hat
  • Form the shape through dance with a flash mob
  • Make a temporary clitoris tattoo
  • Chalk a clitoris on the sidewalk
ADP will provide a QR code and other material to link viewers with answers to the inevitable question, "What is that?" Please see the Call for Art for full critieria.
