work is slow again, finally.
the restaurant is going through a $450,000 renovation to "change" it, just because it's been the same way for so long. it's going to have a "softer, more feminine look" and the menu is going to be changed, reformatted.
so we're serving out of the lunch restaurant, and no one really seems to want to eat there, so we closed early last night.
hopefully it'll be like this all month.
greg is going back to new orleans for a "second tour of duty", bailing out the windsor court along with our banquet chef and another line cook. so he's leaving me, again, this time for only three weeks, rather than three months. i think i can deal.
still waiting for my tax refunds to show up in my bank account. have to pay that $360 speeding ticket. vomit.
oooh, crazy rednecks in the library. they are loud. one totally reminds me of stumpy from hbo's "carnivale".
