I had the opportunity to showcase _Adam and Steve_ to Lauren Parrish today. It was received quite well! She's a great roommate. I wish the soundtrack was for sale because it is pretty much the best thing. If you haven't seen it and you don't mind a little gay comedy, you should check it out.
I have spent the better part of four hours writing an essay on gender roles in nineteenth century literature. It's about as exciting as it sounds. I don't understand the point of assignments like these; we simply regurgitate what we've been told and if we dive into any sort of analysis then we're docked points. The English department are sort of dumb-dumbs sometimes. All well. At least it looks pretty. Though, I'm adding Walt Whitman to my great literary heroes who are actually grand villains list.
Two days off. In a row. I'm reading for CMLIT all day tomorrow and then working on rebuilding my tolerance for 48 hours straight. If you would like to help, please come to my office. It's at 315 East Beaver Avenue, apartment 202.
Speaking of which, my birthday is in five fucking days. Holy shit guys. Five. Like that band. 5ive. They were great. It seems as though a lot of the key players will not be able to attend (Adam, Crotti, Kerri), but I will go on none-the-less and value the people that do show. Like Kevin Johnson, who will be tying my tie on Thursday night. You are a credit to your race Mr. Johnson.
