(no subject)
well this has certainly been a great weekend..i think this summer is getting better and better..
good news: i got my job at old navy and start some time this week and i am pretty excited b/c that means i acutally have something to do when im not babysitting. i have to babysit tomorrow for the kutas from 8-noon and then again for some other people from 1230-430 so tomorrow i should have some good cash flow coming in...heaven knows that i certainly need it.
ok so this weekend was just amazing good time. friday nite i hung out with rach and we really didnt do nething at all. we were going to go see a movie and we were going to go bowling but we just came to my house and chilled with sara and her friends and my mom. then i had rented a movie so we went back to the rach's house to watch that and it was really good. then saturday ranae called me and asked her to go to des moines with her and oh my! did we have a good a time. iced teets and all! hahaha. then saturday ntie ellie came down and spent the rest of the weekend with me. we watched a movie with ranae saturday nite and then lounged around all day sunday watching tv and then we went and i showed her around the lake and she thought that it was absolutey gorgeous! we did have a good time though. then today to celebrate this wonderful holiday that we have: jonah and staci and the kids came down and i went canoeing and kayaking with the boys and jonah and my dad. we had a really really good time. at first it was jonah, the boys, and me in the canoe and my dad in his kayak and then we stopped at a sand bar and i got in the kayak..wow its really fun and i want to go again really bad but i wouldnt want to go by myself b/c what if something happened to me?! yea so maybe ill get my father to get another one and we can go together. but neways then we stopped again and dad and max got in the kayak and it was jonah and i and the boys in the canoe...we jonah and i were getting a lil rowdy in the canoe and well he thought it would be really cool to flip the damn thing over, or at least me. so needless to say i got dumped into the river by myself and scraped my back along the canoe when i fell out. i have a big bruise on my back and along my butt. then we were just about to the outlet to get out of the river and jonah was rocking the boat and we both fell out into the river and the canoe filled up with water and josh and jarett were sitting in about 3 feet of water and were crying b/c they were sitting in water and jonah and i had to walk the canoe down to the outlet..haha it was a lot of fun but i have a huge bruise on my calf from falling out the second time and hitting it on a rock.hahaha its the size of a huge softball and its a real beauty...well we got out of there alive and everything and then we get back to the house and the boys were playing with the baby kitties and well one of them flipped one of them in the air and broke its neck and died...hmm everyone was quite upset and the boys got in a lot of trouble...then i took a nap and hung out with rach and nae the rest of the evening and rach and i went into panora to get our 7 oz. popsicles and swung up at the elementary and watched a drug deal go down ;) hahha no really, i dont know what was going on..but i thought i would just update this lil thing...
