snow!
It didn't start snowing until tonight on the drive home. I had a cancellation and a no-show so I got to make the drive in the heat of rush hour. It was actually kind of relaxing--sitting in the dark car, listening to NPR, while driving 20 mph or less.
Today I got a call from a school at a church in Mpls requesting an interview in two weeks. Tomorrow is my interview at that college community music program. The application is involved but she said the interview will be brief. Maybe just informational now and more in-depth after she reviews my references? Most of the questions on the app are what I would expect in an interview.
Day 2 at WS was much easier. We got several shipments during the day so it seemed more manageable. No shipments expected tomorrow so I don't have to go in. Instead, I got an appointment with my coach! Yea! She is so much fun AND a fantastic pianist AND a great coach.
Did I mention I've heard from all three conductors now? I will sing for them in Dec & Jan.
