(no subject)
got news today that i should be able to drop the extra religion class. i came across the department chair by accident and asked him about that graduate seminar i took. he told me that he imagined it should count. i just have to come in on wednesday to get the paperwork taken care of.
that being said, not much else happened today. i signed up to work 20 hours in the computer lab this week. and also have begun considering quitting my teacher position (although that may change, or at least be postponed until winter break).
OH! adam and i reserved our hotel last night for new york. we're going to be staying in TIMES SQUARE during new year's! we'll only have to walk 3 blocks to see the ball drop! AND we're going to see the rockette's 75th anniversary christmas performance live in radio city music hall! we're going to ice skate in rockefeller center and go to the original f.a.o. schwartz! it's going to be an AWESOME winter break.
also, we're planning our honeymoon... we're thinking about renting an RV and taking off from our wedding destination and take a tour of parts of the US we (for the most part) have never gotten to see. we're gonna go to graceland, new orleans, austin, route 66, the grand canyon, LA, vegas, salt lake (to visit izzle my nizzle), yellowstone, fargo, the rocky mountains, chicago, cedar point, c-bus (to visit marilyn), and then head home... i think it sounds like SO much fun. we're guessing it'll take about a month or so (which, adam has realized will include my birthday!)
those are all the exciting things going on in my life right now. i think i covered all the shitty things in the previous post.
