today was a below average day.
reason #1:
i had a nerve conduction study and electromyographic examination of my legs and feet first thing in the morning. for those of you unfamiliar with these procedures, let me elaborate...
nerve conduction study
place electrodes on all nerve endings of legs and feet. one at a time, send electric pulse through each one of these electrodes. continually increase the strength of the shock.
duration: 1 hour
electromyographic examination
stick a needle into calf muscle. with needle in place, flex and move the muscle. repeat with knees, thighs, and ankles on both legs.
finally, insert above mentioned needle into spinal column. try to relax with a needle between two of your lumbar vertebrae. repeat with all lumbar vertebrae.
duration: 30 minutes
thus, i am in pain.

i splurged and invested in a seder plate for myself for future passovers i will host. i owned it 2 hours before it slid out of the open end of the box the woman packed it in and shattered into about 50 bagillion pieces in my parking garage.
thus, i am disappointed.
i may go to bed in a few minutes.
