How do you spend a perfect fall day? We spent Sunday staining our deck. It came out looking really good. This was brought on by me getting an estimate for someone to stain the deck and steal the patio. He was going to charge $1,200. I don't think so! I bought the deck stain for $153 and we spent 5 hours on Sunday applying the stain. I keep forgetting to take a picture of it, but it looks really good. Instead of that, here is a picture of my little skeleton:
