Why do the fundamentalists do what they do, Christian or otherwise? Why do people favor policies of "pro-life" that merely prevent death over assistance in living life? Why do "liberals" think they have to force their way of life on other people?

I get depressed when I see how becoming a balanced, stable, mature people is so impossible to this society.
