It's not enough to take the one you love for granted.
My last entry asked life to slow down so that I may enjoy it. This statement is quite vague. Allow me to elaborate on why life is so good right now...
Classes are totally finished. All I have to worry about now is my Art History final on Thursday, which will certainly be a bitch, and finishing my film, which doesn't actually have to be done until December 12. The only downside to this, is that I need to get the picture editing done so that our sound person can do the sound for it, BUT as soon as I finish with the picture editing, my job with the film is ultimately done, so I don't have to really worry too much about it. I'm completely finished with my Art class and my Psych class and the only other thing I have to do for this semester is preform my final scene on the last day of tests. My scene partner and I are already amazing at our scene, so we won't have to do that much practicing for it.
Because I will be finishing exams so early, I will have a good five days of nothing to do where I can just sit back and relax and chill. It will be such an amazing way to end this semester.
I got my car!!! Hooray! I went home for Thanksgiving and my first night in town my mom hands me a check for an absurd amount of money and tells me to go trade it in for my car! It was beautiful. AND I got to eat chinese take-out that night too. Talk about a good night!
My family is moving! Say what?! I know crazy. It's ok though, we're only moving to another part of Bellmore, so we aren't going too far. We are actually moving into the Sendro's house. Weird. But it's huge, with a big back yard and a big heated pool. Can you say big parties? I think yes... and now everyone and their mom can come to visit me this summer and lay out by my pool and go into the city with me! YAY!
I'm going to Orlando on the 12th!!! I won't be getting in until pretty late, but I get to see all of the Christmas decorations. AND I get to go to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!! Yay! It will be totally awesome!! Best part? Mike is gonna actually brave the parks with me again!! Yay!!!
I had been looking forward to this weekend for so long and it was just as successful as I could have ever hoped it to be. I spent four glorious days with my Mike. We went shopping, watched movies, went out for food, and went to semi-formal. Why is Mike the best best best ever? Because he's the first guy, besides my Dad, who's ever told me I'm beautiful, and not only that, but he told me so while he was practically carrying me back to my apartment when I was a drunken mess. How romantic :)
Christmas is coming. I'm in love with Christmas. I can't wait to be home for it.
Christmas vacation is going to be chock full of stuff to do. As long as the broadway stage hand strike doesn't last much longer, I will be able to see shows, have the festivities of Christmas shopping, and cookie making, and the actual Christmas festivities, followed by a few days in Toronto for the International Bowl with my brother and his friends, which always makes for a good story, followed by a road trip down to Florida with my brother and best friend, followed by an entire week in DISNEY!!!
When I go to Orlando in January, RY RY will be there!!!! And what's even better is that he's there for good AND I have my car so I can go see him just about every month!!!!!!!
Yes. Life is good. Now, I should get to bed, so I can wake up early and spend the next 48 hours studying old art and doing tedious picture editing for my movie....
