A couple little things I like about Solitare:
-sometimes it only takes one thing to work out for everything else to fall into place
-there's always options, and when you run out, you can quickly move on
And another note...my iTunes put on Mandy Moore's "So Real" cd and it's making it clearer and clearer why the younger generation is growing up so fast. Their musical idols are "brats" like Avril Lavigne and "bad girls" like the Pussycat Dolls. Sure Christina Agularia didn't wear excessive amounts of clothing, but her outfits were usually just cool and still tasteful. Now it's Pussycat Dolls (the name is bad enough, Jesus..) dancing around in lingere asking to be stripped. At least Christina and Britney and Jessica and Mandy had self-respect and sang about it. "No Scrubs," "Stronger," and a bunch of other non-singles have messages of "some girls are just pretty toys but I'm better than that and you're not good enough for me." I don't think I've heard one song recently with that message. Songs are about horniness and dancing/grinding/having dry sex with guys rather than love and relationships and happiness! I think Imma become the next pop princess and whip these tweens into shape. Self respect, ladies!
