practice was hard but it made u feel good at the end for working hard and shit i guess. yeah so we ran 2 miles. yeah so that wasnt too bad. and then we did lunges up a hill. tons of lunges. tonssssss. arg. lol. so we did that forever and then we did those things where u sit against a wall like ur sitting in a chair and Amirah(coach person) was all like "get lower! lower! get ur butt more against the wall! lower!" lol. that hurt the most. and we had to stay like that forever. and then we did it again lol. yeah but it was pretty cool i guess. adois.
