Tiberius was doing more internal debating than talking. It was a trait that he came by honestly, considering who was responsible for his upbringing and his programming. He had taken Daneel's advice seriously, though there was some hesitance in the idea. What would it do to a man that hated to be trapped, a man that quietly dwelled and simmered and became more and more monstrous the longer he was confined to wake up in yet another prison.
Would they really be buying time to fix him, or would they be making things worse?
Usually he had Avon to defer to in these states of moral dilemma, but this wasn't the same Avon. This was one that might defend the creature on that slab in engineering without knowing what it had done. What he had done.
There was a difficult line he had to toe. He should have discussed it more with the Doctor and his brother. For now, he was making his way to the security station to talk to the man in charge. If brig conditions were appropriate, he could proceed from there.
He entered, moving past a few of the bustling grunts that weren't paying him much attention anyway. "Excuse me, sir?" he asked an older man in a tidy suit. "Would you mind directing me to the chief of security?"
He received a quick once-over from the man, mostly flat and expressionless. Not so much like an unchipped android, though. More like the grizzled hero in a holodrama. "Yeah," he replied finally. "Follow me."
