Hmm. Christine demanded an update from me. Honestly, every time I go back and read an entry I write I feel very embarrassed that I wrote it and that other people might have read it. I don't think I'm cut out for journal writing.
Nevertheless, here is an update from me.
-I survived my seminars/senior projects/whatever for both geography and asian studies, and I got A's on both of them. I worked on them for months non-stop, so I think it was deserved. Doing well on those presentations and hearing others say I did a good job was my proudest moment. Now the point of my college career that I have been dreading since the beginning is over with and I am so relieved.
-This term will be easy, but I'm afraid I'll just end up slacking off and not do anything, so I'll get bad grades. I am excited about my drawing class as well as historical geography and history of film. (Although history of film would be better if it wasn't full of people that don't like me.)
-I am waiting to see if I get accepted in the JET program...if I do get to go...I'll be terrified. If I don't..I'll be sad.
-My computer is broken. For good. Even ITS said they can't fix it. I can't really afford a new one, so I'm going to have to go without.
-I'm getting more socially awkward, as always.
-Dr. Salgado gave me a hug today. It was wierd.
