Hmmn... application?

To explain: I can memorize a plane takes off at 52 knots, but I haven't learned it unless I say to myself "oh, I should rotate" at 52 knots.

well, if it's related to scrabble ...

i memorize words by looking at lists.

i learn words by them playing them, and moving that information from my head into my fingers. i always learn them by having someone else play them on me.

i have much more success the second way. the bulk of my scrabble vocab comes from thousands of games of getting throttled.

but i win a few, too ...
