More Lessons!
I've started another series of Victorian dance classes. The first class was last night, and I was immensely pleased to see so many wonderful people there.* We examined the footwork for the mid-19th-century turning waltz, and had some fun with the Spanish Dance, a progressive contra in waltz time.
Next class is in just under a fortnight's time. Beginners are welcome, with or without partners, as are people with some dance experience (vintage or not). I'll review what we did in yesterday's class and build from there.
