It's a full-time, salaried position as an editorial project manager with a growing publishing services provider that specializes in the educational publishing market. The money's decent, the benefits ... well, I've had better, but they do exist. Vacation is not great, but I can live with it. The commute will suck. The people in the editorial department are lovely. So all in all, it's a win.
The bike ride, though, will be daunting.
