Tri-geek related.

I'm fitter than I thought - put in a decent almost an hour straight of swimming and kept it together for all but the last 5 minutes. A few more of those building up to 1.5 hours and I should be good to go sub 1 hour at the Ironman.

Longest run since 2005 today, 1.5 hours. Felt good the whole time, some calf cramping about 25 minutes in but nothing major. 2 Gels down, 2 bottles of water. Ran from my parent's house out past Swizzle South Shore. On the way back I cranked up the pace in the last 35 minutes spending about 20 minutes in the "tapped easy" range, which is about as fast as I'll ever try to run in an Ironman and faster than I was running when I was with the pros on lap 1 of Ironman Florida. So another 3 months to get up into the 2.5 hour range, which if I can keep that mojo will put me in good shape to go in the 3:20s or better at Arizona.

Now, just time to get into 5:20 bike fitness.
