It was my intent to use this journal

for a f/o and wip journal.. I find I have not been keeping up with it at all.. Maybe because I haven't had any f/o since august and still have tons of wips.

Anywhoo, I shall soon post photos of alll my wips, as something to encourage me to finish them.

I definitely have knitters ADD.

So here's a short list of what I've been working on, on and off..

1) *most recent* Monks travel satchel. 
                    +  This thing is a complete bitch to work because it's so damn monotonous. I gave up on the 72 inch strap of doom for now and have been 
                          working on the front and back.. Good lord it's taken me two weeks to get 8 inches done... And I knit pretty quickly. 
                     +  I have made some modifications to the pattern.  
                                    First and foremost I changed it to a multi colored pattern instead of plain.  The stripes
                                        are in two shades of blue, one darker, one lighter.. Same tone.  The strip pattern is like this (A is dark blue, B is light blue)  
                                         4a, 2b, 2a, 4b, 2a, 2b, 4a ect.  It looks pretty nice so far. This is only for the front and back..  
                                    The strap will still be black but I am most likely changing the stitch as I think 72 inches of seed stitch will kill me.  
                                     I'm not doing any of the pockets except perhaps one under the flap.
                                     The edging will be turned into an applied twisted icord edging to give it a more finished look. this is a green matching the blues.
                                      I am lining the bag with a material I haven't found yet. I'm adding pockets, storage ect in the lining as to keep the knitted item
                                              more streamlined.
                                      Instead of tied closures I am going to do big buttons.. They may just be decorative with magnetic snaps underneath but 
                                                at this point I'm not sure.
2) *haven't touched in months*  second of my pair of socks.
2a) "" fingerless gloves
3)  ""  hat in super soft blue fuzzy yarn
4)   "" Washcloths out of soft cotton yarn. For my bathroom.
5) * need to start* several more pairs of socks
6) "" yarn dyeing
7) "" afghans
8) "" Bobbi bear
9) "" Some sort of sweater or shrug
10) "" recycling yarn from those two sweaters

I know I have tons more projects to finish and to start, I just can't remember off the top of my head what they are.
