(no subject)
Hey guys!
It’s been a while, a very, very, lonely, long, long while. I may have popped up a few times but mostly I guess I just didn’t find anything to write about and to be honest I also killed a lot of time just surfing around the web… which probably contributed a whole lot to the not having anything to write about. Anyway, through a series of highly unlikely events I’ve now found myself with a lot of free time and with shitty weather and my brother stealing my cell from time to time (his wasn’t working but we’ve now found it’s just his battery) I find I’m doing interesting (if trivial) things and it just seems right to start this up again.
To christen this new voyage into the LJ I submit to you that I now have a Mine, Not Yours Car. It’s a ‘96 Mazda Protégé and tho’ it is 2008 it’s actually in not bad condition and mechanically and all engine-wise it’s fantastic and, you know, mine. I sealed the deal with $1,200 mostly ‘cause the previous owner has been a friend of the family for years and every one considers each other family.
It’s also got a sun roof.
Oh, and I must call him George.
