So I'm sitting on a bench outside my Intro to Legal Studies class, staring at a huge redwood not even six feet from my position, when it kind of hits me all of a sudden. I'm at UCSC, six hours from my family and the home I've lived in for the past twenty-two years, and I'm going to be going here for the next two years. Yeah....I have no idea when that happened.
