all this comes with thinking that the live earth concert the other day across the globe was just a joke... think of all the pollution produced by setting up all those stages, transporting all those artists..
...I know, epic fail. D:

Laziness is

Um hello person? From boring_people, right?

Wow.. you've just taken me back - way back - in time, this was written ages ago!

'Laziness is
... reading a post like this and actually feel interested.'

nah. That was just common sence, i'm afraid - that post was good! x)
Just the right amount of the random mundane and trashily wierd.

I should do one like that again..

Q: Why do you have Russian titles for your journal?
(I'm afraid I'm guilty of taking a peek at whose talking to me)

Yea, yea, from boring_people. I too look at people's profiles, mainly to see if they have funny userpics, but your post was really cool so I felt compelled to comment.

The title in my journal goes back about five years, when I opened my lj. Back in the day, when one is young and catches whatever and thinks it's real cool, I used to play some cold war games. The title means USSR in russian. I only had my journal cause I met a girl that had one, but then she closed it so I left mine forgotten. Not until a few months ago, my actual girlfriend and a friend started using ljs, so I came back, cleaned all previous entries I had but left that title as a sort of memento/thing.

Well, thankyou very much! That's very kind of you.

Yes, I have a user pic fetish too- it's amazing just how many there are, really fun going through them.

'I used to play some cold war games'
hmm.. well, I hope they were just games and not a life philosophy - I'm Russian, I'll have you know! x)
Grew up in the West, am myself a perfect example of how peace and mutual understanding are perfectly possible between all peoples! And on top of that I also don't happen to like vodka or be a KGB agent..
(at this point you can faint away in shock if you must.)

It's nice to hear stories of how people came to their livejournal.
Everyone has their own story. I started mine with friends who were due to be moving away to various corners of the world.. lj proved rather useful
for keeping up with them back then.

Yea, yea, I understand that what I played has little to do with reality. I do have a huge interest in Russia; I don't why, but I feel very attracted to it and also does a friend of mine here in lj. It's something between the overall cold, the history and the way people speak Russian that seems quite intriguing.

I agree with you; everyone could get along fine. You can't just dislike all the people in a country only because of what its government does. I, for example, didn't like very much all that war on terrorism from the U.S. in the Middle East, but that doesn't stop me from talking to my friends who live there.
Now I know you're Russian, you'll have to know I'm Mexican and quite far from the stereotype too; I don't like soccer and tequila just isn't for my taste. I do love tacos and like eating food with spicy condiments from time to time. =P

Now I've got a question; why is it that your last entry is from 2008? Is it because you haven't posted anything or post friends-only?
Just wondering.

Re; cold war,people.
Well, ok, I'll let you off. Just checking though... "). Yes, Russia is interesting in many ways.Have you ever been there? I've not been back since I was a child.. hope to go sometime soon though.

Oh so you're Mexican? The name suggested Spanish or Portuguese at first but Mexican will do nicely too, I guess. ") Mmm... Spicy food. I love Chilli Con Carne. I think it's good if someone likes their national cuisine - I simply adore Borsch, for example, which is a kind of Russian Beetroot soup. Very tasty.

What else is typical of Mexico?

Well, since you asked, my journal is friends only. I just don't advertise it on banners like other bloggers on here do because I think it looks unfriendly(!). I'm perfectly happy to add new people if I think we'll get on, though.

So what's with the Rubic Cube? Now that's one unusual user pic you have there!

'Mole'? Ok.. well..I'll resist making jokes about small, furry, black animals who dig holes in the ground here. x) I like playing around with words, though - I'm warning you! ")
But back to the dish..it's got chocolate in it? I don't know if you've ever seen the film, ' Chocolat' starring Johnny Depp and Juliette Binoche? It's about this woman who brings Latin American chocolate recipes to a small village in France..
and there's a scene in it where she cooks meat with chocolate sauce!
I can't believe that really exists in real life!

OK, I'll add too then. Normally I prefer getting to know people in real life first aswell but at the same time it's fun just doing that online too.
You'll have to judge for yourself how interesting my journal is nowadays though. As I said, this entry was written ages ago.

Jaja, no problem. I like messing around with words too. When I'm walking on the street and see advertising or any sort of words I'm always trying to make anagrams or palindromes out of them. I also like to change letter in words when talking, like, I dunno, changing otro [which means other, other one in spanish] to orto [which is a slang for ass]. So, a phrase like "Me gusta el otro" [I like the other one] can change into "Me gusta el orto" [I like the ass]. Stuff like that. =P

I haven't seen Chocolat but I think my mom has it somewhere but I'll try to see it and determine whether it's mole or not.
