Adventures in baking.
When I say I'm bringing dessert to a party, guys....I may not just be talking about fancy jello shots any more. Why not? Because tonight, I made Bailey's Irish Cream brownies from scratch. Are they good? I took the second of two recipes that came up first on an internet search for the kind of brownies I wanted, so I don't know--they're a dessert I'm bringing to a dinner with some college friends tomorrow night. We'll see what a pack of Engineering boys from St. Thomas think....and then I will report back to you.
My next mission? A Christmas morning coffee-cake, made in a ten-inch tube pan (apparently).
