HEY GUYS LOOK AT THIS!!!!!
First of all, I'm sorry I haven't really been responding to posts lately. My internet has been completely stupid, and my baby compy is eating itself from the inside out because it doesn't have adequate virus protection--and I'm too cheap to buy it. So....there you go.
This past weekend, I got to see a bunch of people at a Sing-Along Musical party at Ally and Matt's house! It was great fun, and my ego was inflated a little bit when the chips and dip that I brought (hoping that everyone would like them) were devoured. The next night I went to a Shag show and tore up the dance floor with Kara. :) Shag is always a good time. I even got a T-shirt! Yes, it is too big, but damn it I love that T-shirt and I'm going to wear it to every show!! The only downside to Saturday night was that on the way home, some joker clipped passenger side mirror on my car, and I had to get it fixed today. Thankfully, it wasn't all that expensive....
BUT BUT BUT....the big news of the weekend can be summed up in one image:
that's right....I'm tattooed. Yes, it's technically a "tramp stamp." But you all remember me going on and on about how much I wanted a "marque"--a tattoo from the base of my spine to the nape of my neck, like in the Kushiel's Legacy series? Well, now I've started it. ^_^ I'm personally designing every piece, and I'm going to the tattoo artist who did most of David's tattoos. His name is Steve, and he's pretty old-school. But he customizes like a sonofabitch...and every time I looked in the mirror (we had to take breaks for me, haha), I liked it more--and it's not even colored yet!! I can't wait until it gets colored! It will be in a few weeks, and I'm not getting charged any more than I've already paid! ^_^ Steve quoted me a price, and he's sticking to that price. I <3 Steve. He can stay.
Guys....I LOVE my tattoo. But anybody who tells you that getting a tattoo doesn't hurt at all is a f-ing liar. Just sayin'. Because mine hurt like almighty hell....
