it's been a little while so i figured i'd update.
been quite a bit of stuff going on the last couple of weeks.
two weeks ago went to phoenix for some corporate brainwashing. sequestered in some hotel down the block from 6 shady titty bars. no time to investigate nor much desire. once brainwashing was over with the company tried to fuck me on my wages once again. labor board was mentioned we'll see if that fixes things. or if i get terminated.
last week went to texas. it was a short trip. nikita had some sort of product class in houston so i used that as a good enough excuse to go and see grandma. it was a good trip way down south. i am ashamed to admit i had no barb-q. hung out with grandma all week and then went to the local dive bar when she went to bed with my crazy uncle jim. i had a good time. did a puzzle with grandma we sat and talked a little about nothing. it felt good. on my last morning she made me pancakes from a box and they were still better than i have had in years. ps dont cook carrots in her green bean pot.
this week is back to work followed up with a week on call not really in the mood for that shit but what can you do? been survivng the economic slump pretty well thus far. i am waiting for the bubble to burst.
