Serve others directly 24 hours in my sleep and when i am awake.
First, I would start with RELATIONSHIPS.
* The relationship with my mind, body and spirit are well-integrated and balanced. What i experience in one area affects the other. I want to feel very good and by very good.
*my family. I want them to all know how deeply I care for them and love them. I would be communicative with my feelings, goals and dreams in life and be willing and open to speaking and most importantly listening to each of them.
