its been awhile, but i figured id post away tonight.
I am tired of all this diet shit. It's exhausting and expensive. grr.
Its such a slow process, but I guess I did not get fat over night...although I have always been on the chubbier side.
I want to realistically lose 75 pounds by June of 2010......
14 months........thats 5.3 pounds a month or a little over 1.1 pounds a week. I have to think if it in the smaller sense....I can lose 1.1 pounds in a week. thats healthy.......
my addiction to my free calorie counting website helps.....fitday.com...it is my saving grace. It tracks my weight loss, my calories, and my activities. It lets me know how many calories I burned up vs. what i have consumed....and the best bet.....ITS FREE!!!!!
ok well hopefully tomorrow it is warm enough for me to walk outside.
