About Infinitus . . .
So I know most of you guys are still riding on the ends of the HWW, but I have a quick question.
I am at work (yes this does pertain to the first sentence, please bear with me) and in a week we have the bi-yearly hotel 'inspection' I guess you'd say for lack of a better word and my General Manager asked me about our Quick Groups since this is the first year that it has appeared on the QA list. She had me look over the requirements, the accessibility etc. and as I was doing it I got curious and checked the availability of any Marriott's in th Orlando area that may be offering group rates for Infinitus. The dates I used were one day before the con 7/14 to checking out the day after the con. 7/19 and I got the Fairfield Inn for $79 a night a min. of 10 rooms.
My question: If I made the block will there be enough of you guys interested in 1. going to Infinitus and 2. picking up a room from the block ?
I am going to call the hotel and inquire about the length of stay and see if leaving early will affect the rate. I don't believe it will, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
