In Imp: Alcoholic gingerbread with a hint of pine?
Immediately after application: This felt warm on my skin (which I panicked and thought I was reacting to it) and immediately I got hit with boozy gingerbread with a stronger pine scent than in the bottle. I have no idea where the pine is coming from.
5 minutes post application:
Wrist - Really warm, fresh baked gingerbread cookies covered in cinnamon, by a live pine tree.
Away - Delicious warm cinnamon covered gingerbread cookies.
1 hours post application:
Wrist - Warm gingerbread covered in cinnamon and vanilla, plus a hint of pine wafting behind it. The pine is carrying a hint of booze too.
Away - Warm gingerbread and vanilla.
3 hours post application:
Wrist - Gingerbread that's cooled from the oven with more vanilla. Pine is finally gone.
Away - Gingerbread crumbs, but it doesn't fill the room like some of my other oils.
James: Loves it.
Allergic Reaction: My nose is stuffing up as time goes on, and I'm not sure if it is because of Reindeer or one of the other imps/bottles I unpacked earlier. I will be very sad if this is an allergic reaction.
Lasted: The fresh gingerbread 2-3 hours, Gingerbread crumbs 6+hours
Overall: So far I love this; I smell like warm christmas by a live christmas tree (but just far enough away that I don't start sneezing). I might buy a bottle or wait to test it more to see if it is the cinnamon scent that is giving me this stuffy nose.
