So I's gets shits
I got shit at work yesterday. First time i've gotten shit while working in a clinic...go me!!!
at the time i was seething mad as hell, now i think its just plain funny. the reason they gave me shit was so pathetic, so unreal, so fukt up!
k, well the head tech comes up to and starts saying that i am never to go to Susan (the vet, the boss, the head honcho) for help or to answer any of my questions, because if she finds my questions stupid she's get pissy cuz 'its a waste of her precious time'
eh??? ok, so if i need to know somthing about a patient, something about their treatment, for example, and the vet is standing right there, doing nothing, drinking coffee...i can't ask her? i can't ask her if it still needs pain meds? or whatever???? i have to run around the whole clinic until i find a tech that knows?????
ok, all other clinics i've been at, the vet is always 'oh ask me questions whenever you like, i'll help you out if i have a chance. blah blah blah' not 'don't waste my time with your stupid questions, ask someone else'
?? ok, MAYBE i can understand if it WAS a dumb question, but aren't all questions concerning the well being of the patients GOOD questions????
like fuck that. the tech was like, 'when you ask her questions, and waste her time, she gets angry and comes to us and gives us hell for what your doing' well soorrrryyyy. i didn't realize the vet was such a ding-hole and couldn't tell me to my face that she would prefer me asking the techs questions first.
the vet's a dink. if she doesn't like the way i do things, she doesn't tell me, she doesn't correct me...she leaves the room and brings in another tech to do it her way, and they kick me out to go do somthing else....GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE PEOPLE!!! FANTASTIC!
