Ten years ago, on July 11th 1999, DeForest Kelley, actor of Star Trek's Doctor Leonard Horatio "Bones" McCoy, died.
I was 7 when he died and had just started exploring Star Trek, so back then, I don't think I even knew. It made me horribly sad though when I found out later, when Star Trek had already become a huge part of my life.
Karl Urban did a great job in resurrecting the character McCoy, and I think Kelley would have enjoyed seeing Star Trek come to life again.
