Whaddya know...?
So anyway, the last few days have been busy. My mom and I were at Wurih from last Wednesday to last Friday, then we went to Taipei on Friday and we just got back today, Monday. Then in 2 days (Wednesday) we're getting on board and flying back to Cali. My vacation at Taiwan is finally drawing to a close. It's been almost a month, and since then I've been to Taipei twice, Hua Lien once, Wurih once, and in the meantime I've wasted a lot of time in Jhubei, kept up with watching anime despite my dad's slow internet connection, rose up to first place in my fantasy baseball league, and finally tried to draw a bit more recently.
But since I need to start packing tomorrow, I won't be making a more detailed post about my time in Taiwan until I get back to Cali. And why should you even care about what I did in Taiwan? Sorry, there's no reason since I didn't do much that was interesting (such as visiting night markets or meeting old friends).
Of course, all that moving around lately meant I didn't have so much time to waste being online, and so although I've read most posts on my f-list, I didn't have much time to make thoughtful replies.
And btw shardsofthesoul, I found what you were looking for (I saw your reply to my comment on your post the day I went to Taipei), and when I was passing through the Taipei main station I searched around Shin Guan San Ye (I don't know Pinyin...) and was able to find it... except I had a hard time at first because it didn't occur to me that it was actually an eraser (I kept thinking it was a pen at first) and didn't bother looking in the eraser section until later. So I got you two of them, and I dunno if other people managed to get one for you, but I suppose when I get back to the Bay Area in 2~3 days I'll have to contact you again to give you the "goods".

Although I often feel dissatisfied with my current situation, it is important to remember that it is better to "move with the cheese" than to complain and do nothing.
