looking for Palm dictionary

大家好，I have recently acquired a Palm PDA and am now looking for a good dictionary and/or flashcard program. I need a program that's able to translate both ways, ideally something that would let me input the Chinese characters by radical or even handwriting, if that's possible.

Does anyone have advice as to what is good? I don't mind paying for the program if it's worth it. Thanks in advance!
