Cause CSS is the one that can allow u to freely change background and stuff. But Lj coding XD.. i totally dont understand.

haha. normally i will just grab some nice templates from some LJ comms. and change the codes accordingly to my way.
the codes shudnt be much different from blogger right? XD

A lot different is that the css is from lj is like a lot of things different than blogger and stuff lols. like got a lot of parts and i dk edit which part.

i dont touch codes normally what~ i only touched it when i was using blogger.
oh. i touched it for my tumblr also. LOL .
