i was walkin' the railroad tracks today
creeping down the west-bound rails
my right hand was setting pennies down
my left placed upon my heart
and i heard that whistle howl
oh i heard that whistle scream
but i didn't turn around
i kept right on down those west-bound tracks
i was walkin' the railroad tracks today
creeping down the west-bound rails
my right hand was setting pennies down
my left placed upon my heart
and i felt those tracks rumble
oh i felt worlds crumble
but i didn't turn around
i kept right on down those west-bound tracks
i was walkin' the railroad tracks today
creeping down the west-bound rails
my right hand was setting pennies down
my left placed upon my heart
and i felt that engine breathin' down my neck
i felt my bones break
i felt those wheels cut
i felt myself raped
by that last west-bound train
p.s. there is no real form to this. this is how it fell out of my head.
