Things not to:
1: Balance on the toilet cover to reach the high bits. - cos its not ment to take 16+ stones of force. In bare feet.
2.Paint the enclosed room of the house - the bathroom, for long periods. Eventually the fumes do get to you.
3. After feeling the effects of the fumes, with 2 rooms painted, I thought it best to ventalate the house so as not to die in my sleep. This involved sleeping with my window open last night. (-3)
