Here's a short post, itprobably won't be too long, note I say "probably." This isn't a legal disclaimer or anything so if it turns out long don't blame me. Actually wait, you only can blame me can't you?
Enough of that. So I just got back from an interview with a really interesting company in the Wanalancit Mills up in Lowell, NetNumber. Its a SQA job, meaning that while I will be coding -- its more debugging and testing. However the place seems like its a really relaxed outfit to work at. I had a couple of phone interviews with another company PTC which is a contracting firm that seems interested in me (and I have to call them back to set up a third phone interview), except that job involves travelling, a lot. I don't know which, if I got offered a job from both, I would prefer to work at. It would be a tough call.
So on my way to Lowell this morning in the pouring rain, I saw the most amazing thing!
A bus.
Not just ANY bus though, it was a bus with the word "LAMERS" written on the side. Do you understand what a /b moment I had when I saw that? I only wish I had my camera and it wasn't raining (and perhaps I wasn't driving). Or better yet I wish I had a co-pilot/navigator who had my camera (or their own) and could take a picture of it. I think I need to hire a permenant navigator for whenever I go out driving in the future.
Lowell also reminded me why I love that city. Haffner's Gas next to the Lubritorium, next to Girls Incorporated of Lowell, need I say any more on this subject? I think not. I friggin' love Lowell!
