Stupid Stupid Stupid
I opened a letter from the Superior Court tonight.
Six hundred bucks, and a potential (??) liscence suspension, all because I forgot to inform the police after renewing my (accidentally expired) plate sticker. Months ago, slips my mind, boom, a bombshell in my mailbox.
A $10 fix-it ticket, blown into a fine of hundreds and maybe a fucked-up driving record, all because I'm too goddam stupid to remember that I have to go to the freaking inspection station.
I sure hope I can resolve this without getting really screwed.
