Sinus Infection 101
Just recently I recall reading about someone having a sinus infection (Amorette?) and myself thinking..."wow, that must bite, though I've never had one." Well, chalk one up to experience! This last week I was PLAGUED by THE worst sinus mayhem I have ever endured! To make a long story short, by checking a few sites, I learned that...
1.) DO NOT forcefully blow your nose, as, this will only push the infection
farther up into the cavity. YIKES!
2.) A home remedy containing, among other ingredients, tea tree, eucalyptus,
and lavender oils administered in the ear canal. By golly, did this do the trick!
Needless to say, at the tail end of the infection I was slated to begin a
Tai Chi class. Low and behold, immediately after the class, I exuded on final and bountiful "flem", went to take a swim and now, have never felt better.
PHEW!
