All hail the kid...
I just got the call from People to People Student Ambassador Program. The boy passed through the application process that started this summer (he was nominated to the program by someone, we don't know who) and will be going on the European Discovery tour next summer.
This is just the culmination of a great turnaround after the trials he's gone through in the last year (and much longer in the case of the ADD). He's doing so much better in school and life in general these days.
Of course, now I have to figure out what corners to cut to pay for it, but I'm so excited for him!!! :)
