Lies, damned lies, and statistics
So somebody's decided to compile a list of the happiest countries in the world:

What they don't mention is that Colombia is second - too much cocaine methinks. Unsurprisingly the bottom four are troubled African countries closely proceeded by Russia and Ukraine! Interestingly the UK is as happy as Libya and happier than the USA. Cypriots are happier still, and the Italians more so!
