After a week of subsisting primarily on turkey sandwiches and protein bars, I was instructed - sternly and with a lot of love - to get off my ass and make some real food, already.

The result: Pasta with spinach, chicken, mostly-caramelized onions (I got impatient), plus marinated red peppers and artichoke hearts. Enough for leftovers, too. Yum.
