tararebekaYes, it's been forever since I posted here, but once I discovered Project365 on Thursday and decided to do it, I figured this would be a great place to cross-post.
So, if there's anyone still out there, here's my first of the 365...
On May 16, 2008, I was reading
Wil Wheaton's blog, and there was a post in there that linked to a photo of him and a fan that she had taken for her Project365. I Google'd the phrase, which led me to Photojojo and
this article. Totally fascinated, I decided to try it out for myself.
On the way to and from work every day I drive through nearly two miles of reservation, and have often thought about pulling off the road and snapping some pics. What better way to start my 365?
Matthew says it looks like a wheat field, but we both know it's a very scenic shot of dead weeds... ;^)
It was a rare day for this time of year - slightly humid, small bits of rain, and cool - possibly the last cool day for the next four months.

This is the first year that Nanny, Bubba, Nini, Bahmbi & Punchy came along, so that was very cool.
Matthew asked the mariachi to play Sabor a Mi, and then I asked for Sin Ti, which made Mom cry, which in turn made me cry, because it was one of Grandma's songs.
