man, i feel like crap. i woke up with a bad stomach ache. *read at your own risk* plus i cant stop crapping. must of ate something bad yesterday. ok, enough graphic material. i went to the Mix It Up family conference yesterday in West Sac. it was great. there was this group that were doing these drums and it was off the chain. but overall, the conference was great. going back home was pretty cool too. me, joel, and christina were "instant messaging" with these notepads, it was pretty cool. talked about chocolate covered bananas and....other stuff. i still have the ring too. dont be buggin out.
