Hello people, PK here.
In the fandom since October 2007, occasional lurker, first-time poster.
I'm sorry that my first post here will be a rant, also considering the general tone of the comm, but it's something I had to get across someday.
Mind you, this is less like addressed to people in here and more like directed to the entire fandom, as an answer to trends I've witnessed in the latter. I'm posting this here because the biggest concentration of fans gathers in this place.
With all of that assessed...
Just what the hell is going on, people?
I'm pretty positive you can't ship and make fanwork of this and this only...
...when you have them.
Putting aside the fact one of them just keeps shoving subtext down your throat.
And I don't just say this on behalf of yuri pairings, but het ones too.
I don't have anything against either yaoi or incest, far from it, but damn it. Mikoto doesn't even appear that much in the story.
And like I said, this is not just here, but something I saw in the whole fandom as well.
Anyone of you is free to prove me wrong, I'll be overjoyed if you'd prove me wrong. But do it.
If this strays somewhat from the rules of the community, I'll remove it myself upon warning.
