It is volume 4, chapter 35. (Introduced on last page of chapter, true identity shown on extra page after the chapter. If you have magazine version scans it won't show that page!)

Also, don't have scans of it, but when I was looking on wiki to find out the chapter she comes in, it said in vol 9 (chap 82) she gives him valentine's chocolate.. I didn't notice, but it is subtly in one panel!! lol (Wiki entry)
