those shots are gooorgeous.
I miss green - all our leaves changed colours a few weeks ago, and it's beautiful, but it's a constant reminder that winter is around the corner. >___>

It has become more colourful here, too. Still pretty green though. And since i'm a big fan of winter (autumn too!), I love to be reminded of that. ;)

man, I can't even imagine liking winter…so many months of endless snow and cold. D: I am already looking forward to next summer, lol.

I love it when it's cold outside, especially when it's snowy. ;) But German winters can't be prepared to Canadian ones I guess.

that's definitely where the difference lies - remember last winter, with all the snow that you weren't prepared for at all? Canadian winter is that, but about 30cm worse and every year. and that's here in the southernmost part. :P

(haha, i wrote prepared instead of compared!)

I loved last winter, finally some decent snow for a longer time. :) Most people in Germany orverreacted a bit , lol. I'm glad to be in Austria or Switzerland for a week or two every year, so i can go skiing.

(OH I didn't even notice! hahaha)

I was glad to give you all our snow! We had a mild winter, it was great. :P
I do envy that, the skiing. I'd love to learn and be able to go regularly, but I'm so far from any decent ski mountains.

Haha, I doubt it worked that way. ;)
I'd love to live closer to the Alps to go skiing more often, once or twice a year isn't that much. In my imagination, you can never be far away from a decent ski mountain in Canada, lol.
